1. Introduction
   At Al-Meyaar Products, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
   Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
   Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return

   Provide your order number and reason for the return.
4. Return Process
   Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refunds
   Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
   Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
   Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned in less than original condition or not in original packaging.
6. Exchanges
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
   We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
8. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service.
   After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
